Explanation:
These pictures show my ability to communicate through the Moodle site with other classmates. It also shows what we do everyday, which is we come into class and complete a game plan, and then a reflection before we leave. It also shows our flipchart which tells us what we have to complete on a daily basis. I also show I have a clean workspace with the picture of my daily computer. This helps us keep track of time and stay on the task. Furthermore, my aspen grades for the semester show professionalism by saying that Mr. Grummer agrees with 99% of what I do in his class everyday.

Reflection:
I met this standard by communicating efficiently with partners or group members. I also would propose or think of several ideas to solve a problem. I consistently will use tools around me to make sure I stay focused and on task. Some tools I used to achieve this are the flip chart, game plan and reflection logs, and a clean work station. This standard was one of the more difficult to meet because that you have to be working, focused, and on task all the time. I also did a successful job of modeling traits required for success such as integrity, honesty, accountability, punctuality, time management, and respect for diversity.
This standard has real-world application because these standards are how people should act in the business world. An engineer would also have to maintain a certain environment to be effective and efficient in the business world. If anyone maintains these skills it will help them communicate in multiple ways in the engineering field. I also feel this standard will help me master key components about professionalism.
This standard has further inspired me to work on my communication skills and to further discover how engineers act and work in the real world. It also has pushed me to discover what kind of people engineers will work with in the real world. I also was inspired to know how often these traits will be used in the real world and to see how effective they can be.
